I'm not sure how it works, but this thing has virtually eliminated the fine lines under my eyes, and noticeably softened (though not eliminated) my crow's feet, all in less than 2 weeks. I've tried all sorts of Rx anti-wrinkle creams, but this one worked more quickly AND didn't irritate my skin like so many others have.
