I have had my own 10 year old perm rollers and these rollers I got from this company were in worse shape than mine. I had bought two packages. On all the rollers, the rubber was dark grey, dry and already cracking and the rubber was extremely thin and frail; on some of the rollers the rubber was frayed and split; one roller I tried to open the clip and the rubber part broke in half before I could even get the end clip out. These looked like recycled rollers because of the condition of the rubber clips. On the outside of some of the rollers, they were slightly brown dirty and on the inside of the rollers, the plastic was extremley brown and dirty.
